The ARC Reactor
High volume, clean hydrogen is created through our Arc Reactor technology, designed to generate and store electricity at coal competitive prices. The hydrogen is produced and compressed into a high-pressure gas then stored to be utilized to produce power through fuel cells, or burned in gen-sets or large turbines to create electricity.
There is zero CO2 output and the process is capable of providing base load power.
The Arc Reactor produces hydrogen at a very high rate while cr
eating more than double the efficiency of typical electrolysis methods. In areas where water is scarce, our process utilizes not only less water while retaining a high recapture rate, but in fact has the ability to utilize grey water, brine water or salt water to provide clean, potable water and supply firm constant power to the electric grids already in place for both electric generation and water desalination.
With the the Arc Reactor's introduction, hydrogen is no longer expensive to produce. It is also no longer necessary to create it using costly or environmentally harmful methods. Hydrogen is clean, plentiful and vastly desired for its use in energy production, fuel production and industry.
Contrary to popular belief, hydrogen is safe as an energy source. It is nearly as safe as natural gas, yet unlike natural gas, will not become depleted over time. In addition and unlike natural gas, when hydrogen escapes into the atmosphere, it quickly re-bonds with the oxygen in the air and dissipates as water.
